The four-member idol group, consisting of Miho Nana, Furukawa Honoka, Aoi Ibuki, and Ishihara Nozomi, was formed in December 2023 as the first part of the “moon song” project, in which members of “Otsuki-chan,” a group that appears on the TV Tokyo variety show “moon＆mole” perform as idols, and made their CD debut in January 2024.

The group’s name, “Mi LUNA,” combines “ME” (me) and “LUNA,” (the moon that changes shape every day), and means “to shine on those around them while remaining true to their individual personalities and sometimes acting as someone else.”

They were formed as the second installment of the “moon song” project, in which members of “Otsuki-chan,” a group that appears on the TV Tokyo variety show “moon＆mole” perform as idols. The members are Ono Rikka, Kawagoe Nico, and Sasaki Saki, making up a three-person idol group.
